August 5 – 11, 2018 is National Farmers Markets week in the U.S. UnitedInFood is giving thanks to some of its all-time favorite markets.

Sunday, July 29, is the last day of Maryland’s 2018 Buy Local Challenge. The delicious blueberries are available at the Towson Farmers Market (on Thursdays, downtown Towson).
Carrots are available at your local farmers markets – enjoy! We hear they are high in vitamins and we know they are delicious to eat. Hands down, one of nature’s best inventions.
An age-old question, are tomatoes a fruit or a vegetable? Word on the street is the Supreme Court ruled tomatoes are a vegetable. We’re with SCOTUS on this one.
